The Electrologist was very pleasant and the service was great- however, when pulling hair after electrolysis, if it seems difficult to come out, try not to pluck it out as this may set back the progress tremendously. Electrolysis is systematically shrinking the blood supply to each hair treated. When you tweeze/pluck, this forcibly rips the root from the papilla. If the hair is not falling out with ease, shock the hair 2-3 more times until it does.

Could have been a 5 if we started on time. Otherwise he’s always gentle and helpful I almost fell asleep when we was washing and detangling my hair . Love getting my hair done by Kurt (spelling?) He’s also good with customer service - calling and following up do do a survey earlier this year and he called me remind me of my appointment today.

Listen… my hair is bomb. The service was excellent. She made me feel comfortable at every step of this appointment also I got some good hair tips/advice. The first I ever got my hair done and no burns and let me tell you I did scratch it a bit, and when I say no burns, I mean none. Amazing spa experience… best I’ve had in Kingston

I got a keratin treatment, the customer service was top class. They had snacks available when I got peckish. The process was gentle. I got a full service and so far I’m very pleased with the results. It was worth it. I now have the best hairstyle I’ve ever had.

The service was good only wish you had massage chairs hopefully that will be added in the future then it would be great other than that I was quite satisfied

This was my second electrolysis appointment with Christina. First and second were very detailed oriented targeting my coarse gray facial hair. There is light at the end of the tunnel. I'll see you next time I'm in Ja.

Today I did electrolysis, which is the permanent removal of hair from specific parts. I’ve done laser treatment before which gave me great results but I now want something that Is definitely permanent. Try electrolysis and ask for Christina, she’s the best! 20+ years in the business
