I had my eyebrows waxed and shaped by Hiva, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! She was incredibly professional, gentle, and clearly skilled at what she does. From the moment I sat down, she made me feel comfortable. The shape she gave me is absolutely perfect—natural, flattering, and exactly what I was hoping for. She paid close attention to detail and took her time to ensure everything was symmetrical and clean. My brows have never looked this good!. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending her to anyone looking for expert brow care.

Alina is very welcoming and friendly I honestly had the best experience with her. I was quite nervous but she made me feel very comfortable and made sure I was happy with what she was doing she also told me exactly what she was doing which I really like because you know what to expect. She is definitely my eyebrow lady forever now and no one else is going to touch my brows! Thank you so much and I can’t wait to be back in the future x

I had the most incredible experience with beauty therapists Joanna and Hiva. Joanna gave me a facial that left my skin feeling radiant, refreshed, and truly pampered. She has such a calming presence and an expert touch—my skin has never looked better!She then worked her magic on my manicure. My nails are flawless. Hiva completed my experience with an eyebrow wax and shape. My brows are perfectly sculpted—she knew exactly what would suit my face and executed it with precision and care. Together, they created a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere that made me feel completely at ease.

Very professional, warm and welcoming venue. Went for lash removal that I had done (badly), elsewhere. These ladies know what they’re doing, but most importantly they listen to what their clients want. So pleased I found Lash London, already booked treatments for next month.

My hair looks amazing, I am so happy with the results! I did have a colour at a different place and my hair did get lighter but I am going to colour my hair a little later. The mood was so chilled and was in the chair enjoying the music and just good vibes. I felt really looked after and would highly recommend this hair salon to anyone who needs it!
