I had my eyebrows waxed and shaped by Hiva, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! She was incredibly professional, gentle, and clearly skilled at what she does. From the moment I sat down, she made me feel comfortable. The shape she gave me is absolutely perfect—natural, flattering, and exactly what I was hoping for. She paid close attention to detail and took her time to ensure everything was symmetrical and clean. My brows have never looked this good!. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending her to anyone looking for expert brow care.

I recently got my brows laminated as well as eyelash extensions by Sam. The atmosphere was very spa-like and relaxing, away from the noices of the high-street. I loved my eyebrows so much I decided to get my eyelashes done by Sam. She kindly offered me to first do a patch test and then do my eyelashes. I really appreciated that as it made me feel at ease as it was my first time. She made sure i was relaxed and took her time with every little detail. I was very pleased with her work. I have been getting compliments on both eyelashes and eyebrows all week! Best beautician in richmond!

Nikki is a wonderful technician- checked in on color, all relevant steps, very professional, tactful and attentive. Salon is clean, welcoming. I observed other technicians interacting with clients in a very warm and welcoming way. Will be back. Very happy with the result.

Alina is very welcoming and friendly I honestly had the best experience with her. I was quite nervous but she made me feel very comfortable and made sure I was happy with what she was doing she also told me exactly what she was doing which I really like because you know what to expect. Farah does my Botox and eyebrow tattoos and she’s brilliant, precise, knowledgeable and friendly. It was my first time getting Botox, and she was so informed and really clear and reassuring. I’ve gone back since for regular top ups and will continue to do so - I wish I’d gone to her sooner! I’ve had my eyebrows tattooed a few times over the past 7 years. Recently it wasn’t done well so I was incredibly nervous to go try again, even with someone new. Farah couldn’t have put me more at ease. She listened to my concerns and was so patient. She gave me the brows I wanted and I couldn’t be happier
