Galina is very friendly and professional. I had a great pedicure - felt like I was walking on air when I left and Galina gave me some advice to help with damaged nails. I also had eyebrows waxed and tinted and they look great. Very comfortable room and relaxing experience.

This was my first sports massage and first time visiting GEM. I was really impressed with the time and care taken over the initial consultation. The massage was great and really helped my pain. I also really appreciated the advice about preventative exercises which obviously came from a place of knowledge and experience. Thank you!

Lauren is absolutely lovely. She made me feel reassured, comfortable, and fully informed about my treatment options. I never felt under any pressure to make an immediate decision, and she provided such an honest and thorough assessment that I actually decided against the treatment I had initially chosen in favour of an option that would be more beneficial in achieving my goals. I had my first body treatments with Serene Body and opted for the deluxe treatment plan so I could experience all of their machines. I’m honestly blown away by the results I saw straight away. Everything Antonela prepared me for regarding the post-treatment process happened exactly as she explained, which made me feel really confident and cared for. I feel completely safe in her hands and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. The environment, attention to detail, and whole experience are delivered with so much expertise and care. Highly recommend!

Tony Kaliya is a genius in the cosmetic arena. Very patient, knowledgeable. Takes the time to assess and create bespoke plans that align with your needs to give the best results. Never tries to oversell products or treatments. I am always amazed by my results. I have a needle phobia and I can barely feel anything during my endolift or fillers.

Honestly could not recommend more! I had such a lovely experience, friendly, clean and my skin feels amazing after the facial. Clearly really knowledgable about skin and diet and takes time to talk you through everything and gives advice specialised to you. Will definitely be back for a peel soon x

Today was more of a consultation for the removal of a Spider vein cluster on my leg. However, the Prakash and Marianna are very professional, giving good advice, very polite and have a clean, professional practice. I look forward to my treatment in the near future.

Had a really great experience here in London. The massage was professional, relaxing, and exactly what I needed. The staff were welcoming, the atmosphere was calm and clean, and the therapist paid attention to the areas that needed the most work. I left feeling much lighter and refreshed afterwards. Definitely one of the better massage experiences I’ve had in London — highly recommended.

Gem gave me a really comprehensive deep muscle massage for sore and painful neck and back muscles. It felt fantastic and Gem really knows what she’s doing. The space was a very calming green oasis too. Gem also gave me good advice on stretching too so the whole experience felt very thorough.

I just love this place, it has such a nice energy and on my visit at least, they weren't playing that annoying whale mating type music you get in a lot of places! I had flawless botox, some filler in my chin and then on another visit some micro needling with exosomes. I'm actually in love with my own chin now. Even though it's only a few hours since the needling, my face looks like glass! My therapist was SO friendly and confident. Will definitely return
