Dr. Tony openly discusses the suitability and practicality of treatments and provides honest advice. On the treatment day, he is extremely careful and takes the time to ensure everything is done correctly. There is no sense of being rushed. His calm and professional attitude made me feel reassured and relaxed.

Honestly could not recommend more! I had such a lovely experience, friendly, clean and my skin feels amazing after the facial. Clearly really knowledgable about skin and diet and takes time to talk you through everything and gives advice specialised to you. Will definitely be back for a peel soon x

Had a really great experience here in London. The massage was professional, relaxing, and exactly what I needed. The staff were welcoming, the atmosphere was calm and clean, and the therapist paid attention to the areas that needed the most work. I left feeling much lighter and refreshed afterwards. Definitely one of the better massage experiences I’ve had in London — highly recommended.

Galina is very friendly and professional. I had a great pedicure - felt like I was walking on air when I left and Galina gave me some advice to help with damaged nails. I also had eyebrows waxed and tinted and they look great. Very comfortable room and relaxing experience.

I had my first body treatments with Serene Body and opted for the deluxe treatment plan so I could experience all of their machines. I’m honestly blown away by the results I saw straight away. Everything Antonela prepared me for regarding the post-treatment process happened exactly as she explained, which made me feel really confident and cared for. I feel completely safe in her hands and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. The environment, attention to detail, and whole experience are delivered with so much expertise and care. Taylor is the sweetest, kindest, funniest (medical wise) lady I have come across, ever! Impeccable manners, always ensures you're prepared for the treatments. The stress balls (or ovaries lol) you can squeeze really do help with the tiny scratches you feel, as areas are numbed. Love that I found Steele Skin, highly, highly recommended! This was my second visit, and I've already got the third one booked in. Im such a happy fifty year old, and I never thought I would say that! Thank you so much, im really, really happy! XX

I tried the facestim for the first time and I was a bit apprehensive because I didnt know which sensations I could expect. Amy took the time to explain everything with a lot of patience and knowledge and reassured me and addressed all my concerns. In the end, I loved the result, my face looks very hydrated, brighter and I can see the lift effect specifically on the eyes area. Thank you!!!
