Honestly could not recommend more! I had such a lovely experience, friendly, clean and my skin feels amazing after the facial. Clearly really knowledgable about skin and diet and takes time to talk you through everything and gives advice specialised to you. Will definitely be back for a peel soon x

Had a really great experience here in London. The massage was professional, relaxing, and exactly what I needed. The staff were welcoming, the atmosphere was calm and clean, and the therapist paid attention to the areas that needed the most work. I left feeling much lighter and refreshed afterwards. Definitely one of the better massage experiences I’ve had in London — highly recommended.

I had such a good experience at Fresh Face London this is my second time with them. Whitney was amazing she explained everything to me so clearly and took the time to make sure I understood each step of the process. She has also frequently checked in with me afterwards to see how my skin is doing, & quick to respond to any concerns or messages which I really appreciated. I felt looked after. I’ve already started to see improvement my skin feels smoother and looks more even, even at this early stage. Overall I’m really happy with my experience so far and excited to continue my treatments.

Galina is very friendly and professional. I had a great pedicure - felt like I was walking on air when I left and Galina gave me some advice to help with damaged nails. I also had eyebrows waxed and tinted and they look great. Very comfortable room and relaxing experience.

Fantastic full body massage, incredibly relaxing but at the same time I could feel my muscles really being worked on. Bonus hot stones thrown in which I really appreciated. Will definitely return. Only advice is to have a warming sheet on the bed as is can feel a bit chilly when uncovered. Thank you so much for the great treatment.

I had my first body treatments with Serene Body and opted for the deluxe treatment plan so I could experience all of their machines. I’m honestly blown away by the results I saw straight away. Everything Antonela prepared me for regarding the post-treatment process happened exactly as she explained, which made me feel really confident and cared for. I feel completely safe in her hands and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. The environment, attention to detail, and whole experience are delivered with so much expertise and care. I had a wonderful and much needed Hydrafacial with Amy yesterday which was associated with a lovely shoulders, arms and hands massage while relaxing under the red light…and what a treat that was! I felt so relaxed and pumped and my skin has never looked so clean afterwards! Amy is highly knowledgeable and professional and the passion for her job transpires through the extensive choice of treatments she can offer to meet every skin needs and her “gold hands”. I can’t wait to be back in Esher, which is only a few train stops away from London, making it a convenient location for a little escape!
