Absolutely love this nail salon – hands down the best I’ve found in London! l The attention to detail is amazing, and I constantly get compliments, .The staff are friendly, professional, and really know what they’re doing. Make sure you book in advance though – they’re in high demand (for good reason!). Highly recommend! 💅

I am always satisfied with Ruby’s treatments. In her clean, stylish private room, she is friendly and very kind to my daughter, and she takes great care of her eyebrows. Treatments using tweezers are quite rare in London, so we really appreciate it.

Solomiia is an incredible technician/artist. My Russian volume eyelash extensions always look incredible. I love the entire lounge, it's quiet, cool, the aesthetic is.modern minimalist & peaceful. It's always very clean and the bathroom has free tampons, pads & deodrant if you needed them. Absolutely amazing! I think these items should be as mandatory as toilet paper. I am a regular cusromer. They have a location in Ealing too which I used to visit but I live closer to Hammersmith and the lounges are so relaxing and gorgeous. Highly recommend!

I had a tailored facial with Laila and honestly, it was amazing. I’ve been dealing with this weird texture on my forehead for over a year and had no idea what it was. I’ve had many facials to try and fix it , but no one ever properly deep cleaned my skin. Laila took the time to do a proper skin analysis and told me it was deep congestion. She managed to extract everything and my skin has never felt this clean and smooth. She really worked her magic! Highly recommend.

I had my eyebrows waxed and shaped by Hiva, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! She was incredibly professional, gentle, and clearly skilled at what she does. From the moment I sat down, she made me feel comfortable. The shape she gave me is absolutely perfect—natural, flattering, and exactly what I was hoping for. She paid close attention to detail and took her time to ensure everything was symmetrical and clean. My brows have never looked this good!. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending her to anyone looking for expert brow care.

Somiliia is an incredible eyelash artist/technician and is very attentive. I love this lash lounge, I used to go to the Ealing branch for years but as I live closer to the Hammersmith branch I go there instead! The quality is just as incredible and the lounge is quiet and relaxing! I'd highly recommend if you do your eyelash regularly

I had my brow lamination done today and I’m so happy with the results! Kawter was incredibly friendly, lovely, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and paid great attention to detail. My brows look amazing and exactly how I wanted them. I’ve been getting my lashes done with London Lash lounge for over 2 years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! The ambience is always so calm and welcoming, and the quality of the lashes is unmatched. My lash tech Daria is amazing so professional, gentle, and always makes sure I leave with perfect lashes every time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for beautiful, long-lasting results!

I had the most incredible experience with beauty therapists Joanna and Hiva. Joanna gave me a facial that left my skin feeling radiant, refreshed, and truly pampered. She has such a calming presence and an expert touch—my skin has never looked better!She then worked her magic on my manicure. My nails are flawless. Hiva completed my experience with an eyebrow wax and shape. My brows are perfectly sculpted—she knew exactly what would suit my face and executed it with precision and care. Together, they created a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere that made me feel completely at ease.

Very professional, warm and welcoming venue. Went for lash removal that I had done (badly), elsewhere. These ladies know what they’re doing, but most importantly they listen to what their clients want. So pleased I found Lash London, already booked treatments for next month.
