This was my first time visiting the salon as having moved form South of England to West London I was in need of a new salon. As I have naturally curly hair I was also looking for a salon that specialised in cutting curly hair. I was a bit nervous at first as this was a new hairdresser, but Amber definitely has a very good knowledge bank when it comes to curly hair. I knew I was in safe hands. I was very pleased with my cut as my curls came back to life. This salon will now be my go to place for all hair needs.

The best place and I travel to get my hair done by Kat.She is incredible and so naturally gifted with hair in all areas! My highlights/cut today is wonderful! She always knows what's best and is very honest and knowledgeable. Tom did an amazing job with my colour! The highlights on top blend beautifully, and the block colour underneath turned out exactly how I wanted. He really paid attention to detail and made sure everything looked perfect. He’s also really friendly and made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. I’m so happy with the results and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for great colour work!

After bouncing from one salon to the next for a few years it feels really good to find a home at Tropics to get my retouch relaxers, cuts and colours done. Kayleigh has been amazing. She's so understanding and doesn’t take offence on any feedback I give. She is truly talented and always does what's best for my hair. She bastes my hair properly before relaxers so it doesn’t burn. The staff are also amazing, they get on really well and there's always great conversation and laughs. I always feel at home whenever I go. I would highly recommend Tropics.

Hayley is fantastic with colour and very deft, so highlights are done very efficiently and professionally. I also rate her highly for a haircut. I have very fine hair and she manages to make it look more full and well styled.

Great experience with Kat at Getty Space. She’s as good at listening to her clients requests/concerns as she is cutting & colouring! I’ve had a lot of disappointment elsewhere, but I’m thrillled to finally find someone in Ealing who understands Grey Blending and the challenges that it can bring. Would highly recommend.

This salon is consistently excellent. Today I went for my highlights, toner and blowdry and the prices are excellent for such a high end establishment. The service that I receive from the moment I walk in the door is outstanding and the entire team are true professionals. I always come out with hair that looks amazing, having had highly skilled stylists working on my hair. They really are specialists, and can do any job with hair to a high standard. The pleasant and friendly team always make you look and feel great, and I will always return to Orange Chat for my hair.

Asha is an absolute angel! My colour looks gorgeous, and she chose the perfect shade to complement my skin tone. My hair looks and feels amazing, and I couldn't be happier with the result. After years of searching for a hairdresser who truly understands what I want, I've finally found one. Asha listened carefully and gave me exactly what I asked for without cutting off loads of inches, which has been such a struggle for me in the past. The whole experience was incredibly relaxing too, from the wonderful head massage to her adorable kittens purring on my lap. It honestly felt like such a treat
