Super happy with the whole Elite team. From the start they were very accommodating to fit me and my mom in at the same time because I wanted to spoil my mom for Mother’s day. They welcomed us by name and we were served delicious cappuccino. Pampered in a massage chair while my hair was washed and treated. Emma is so kind and best of all super talented, she understood exactly what I wanted and exceeded my expectations with the end result. Highly recommend Emma and the Elite team. Thanks ladies, we will be back soon.

I don't often go back to the same hair stylist or Salon but when I do, that in itself is saying much more than words can say in I go with expections and walk away with much more. Emma listens to what I ask for and delivers way better, returning a second time says it all. Totally overwhelmed again

All round fantastic treat. Lorna gave the most incredible wash and massage. I just came in for a blowdry. I can't remember when last I found someone who knows the art of blowdrying volume and curl without using a flat iron. You are amazing Emma!!

Erin was really wonderful and I love my haircut! Thank you very much!! My only feedback that I’d like to give, is with the hair wash. The lady was very sweet, but unfortunately for me the massage part that went into my side neck area was abit sore and I am still feeling sore in that area now a few hours later, I’m not sure if it was meant to be a bit of lymphatic drainage massage in that area, which is a very sensitive area, but it was a bit too harsh and isn’t the nicest experience. I think in that time unless asked for it should be more of a relaxing/gentler massage.

Absolutely loved my first visit! I’d been on the hunt for a new salon and stylist for ages until a friend recommended that I try Elite and what a breath of fresh air ~ such a welcoming team with a fab energy in the salon. Carla was amazing at listening to what I didn’t love about my hair and suggested a low maintenance way for me to manage it. Can’t wait for my next visit!

Had a great cut and awesome foil highlights with Erin today. I'm fussy about my hair and in particular the cut and colour and Erin managed to get both perfect - the first time I've seen her. I'm very happy and will definitely see her again.

Outstanding from the minute you walk in - professional - give you written quote on hair- Nicky was absolutely 5 star 🌟 with advice - awesome coffee - yummy piece of carrot cake - lovely massage on shoulders at the chair - and the experience at the basin was super relaxing with massage chair and a lovely head massage - ended with cold water with fresh slices of Cucumber- an awesome treat after a tough week at the office!
