I booked at The Powder Room on a recommendation. The booking process was straightforward and I received clear confirmation and helpful reminders ahead of the appointment. I booked a lamination treatment which was done by Taryn. She was welcoming and reassuring when I was not convinced I had enough brows to work with. She is clearly the expert and very passionate about the process. The treatment was painless (for me), I can imagine it may be slightly uncomfortable if you have sensitive skin. The treatment was completed quickly (40 minutes) and I was very pleased with the result, thank you!

I had such a great experience! My eyes were watering non-stop during the appointment, but she was so patient, gentle, and professional. Even with all the tearing, she still managed to get my lashes beautifully curled and my brows looking perfect. I’m so impressed with her skill and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
