This was my third visit I think and remains a 5* rating from me. It's a real community hair salon where people of all ages come together and share life experience whilst having a great self-care experience having their hair, nails etc done. Whilst I was there a 92 young lady with dementia came in with her daughter. Treated with absolute respect and patience by the team. Gemma did my hair perfectly as always!

Courtney and staff are always very welcoming and friendly, she listens to what you say/ want in regards to your hair. Prices are very reasonable too. I love the look inside the salon too (including the back massage chair).

I was nervous about visiting a hairdresser in England, but RAW Hair Salon exceeded my expectations. My stylist was kind, attentive, and communicated well despite my limited English. She gave me the exact haircut I wanted. I loved the option for a silent service, which made me feel comfortable as a shy person. The atmosphere was friendly and relaxing. It was a wonderful experience, and I’ll definitely return. Thank you, Courtney! ♥

Return visit! Showed Gemma a picture and she made it work for me. The beauty of this salon is they will explain everything, step my step. If something isn't going to suit you (or more importantly your hair) they will tell you but come up with an idea to give you what you want. I'm really happy - what I have is better than the picture I took in!!!!

Service great as always! Had a new stylist do my keratin treatment for me . He wasn’t impressed with my cut as arzu wasn’t so I said they could trim it into shape however I was charged for a full haircut? Is this correct? If it is I apologise for mentioning it but just wanted to ask as I hadn’t booked a haircut and was charged £25 for the small trim I had in addition to the £150 for the keratin treatment! I’m not complaining at all just asking! Thank you as always xx

Welcoming, friendly and relaxing. Had a manicure and pedicure, Sunita transformed my nails. Would definitely recommend going to Studio 11 for hairstyling and beauty treatments.

I would definitely recommend Maisie for a blow dry. I've had her style my hair for events, as well as when I just can't be bothered to wash my hair(!). Regardless, I always leave feeling great!
