Gabriel really helped me with my sciatica. Unlike many osteopaths/chiropractors i have seem he treats the root cause of the issue not just the symptoms. As someone who is married to an Osteopath I was seriously impressed and and more importantly am pain free.

I've been to L'OSTEO Clinic several times now, and every visit has been a great experience. The team are always welcoming, professional, and take the time to listen and understand what's going on before starting treatment. The treatment itself is always thorough, and I leave feeling noticeably better. They explain everything clearly and genuinely care about helping you recover, rather than just treating the symptoms. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend L'OSTEO Clinic to anyone looking for high-quality osteopathic care. Thank you again for another excellent experience!

I can’t recommend this osteopath highly enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and completely at ease. They took the time to really listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly before starting treatment. The session was thorough, professional, and incredibly effective — I noticed a real improvement straight away. The clinic is clean, calm, and well run, and you never feel rushed. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, caring, and genuinely invested in your recovery, this is the place to go.

I had a physiotherapy consultation and treatment for my neck with Shahana, and I was really impressed. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough in her assessment. She explained the cause of my neck pain clearly and provided effective hands-on treatment along with helpful exercises and posture advice. I felt listened to throughout the session, and there was noticeable relief afterwards. I highly recommend Shahana to anyone looking for expert physiotherapy for neck pain, stiffness, posture-related issues, or musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

Anisha is an amazing osteopath. I’ve been seeing her regularly this year with various issues in my neck, lower back, hip flexors etc. I always come away feeling better and no injury or pain seems to concern her. She always finds a solution! I’ve been given a few exercises but it’s nothing excessive or unachievable and they always help too.

I had my first consultation and cupping therapy session with Expert Physiotherapist Javeria, and I’m truly amazed by the results. She carefully assessed my condition, identified the root cause of my lower back pain, and provided the perfect treatment with incredible skill and care. Her hands honestly felt magical, and after just one session, I felt almost completely pain-free. She also explained a clear treatment plan for future sessions. I have never experienced this level of expertise and professionalism before. Highly recommended, and thank you so much, Javeria!

Kevin was really brilliant. Understood the problem quickly and was really helpful in massaging a very very painful shoulder. Definitely will be coming back.

Couldn't recommend enough. I feel better than ever thanks to Shahana's help. I came to her with crippling sciatica and with her treatment and advice, I'm now pain free and all also addressing the root cause of my issue.

Excellent experience. In one session Anisha was able to remove years of pain where nothing else has worked and give the guidance needed to avoid it recurring. She is also a lovely person who provides a terrific service.

Excellent experience at MG Osteopathy & Sports Injury Clinic. I went in for dry needling and massage therapy due to severe neck and shoulder pain with very limited neck mobility. When I arrived, my pain level was around 9/10, and my neck was constantly aching. After just one treatment session, my pain dropped to around 2/10. By the next day, my neck felt significantly looser, more mobile, and almost completely pain-free. Highly recommend MG Osteopathy if you’re looking for effective physiotherapy treatment, dry needling, or sports injury therapy for neck and shoulder pain.

I had plantar fasciitis after running and the heel pain was really affecting me, especially in the mornings. I decided to try shockwave therapy and I’m very glad I did. After a few sessions the pain improved a lot and I was able to run again with much less discomfort. I’d definitely recommend MG Osteopathy to anyone struggling with persistent heel pain.

I had a great experience with Kevin. I went in on Tuesday after injuring my neck playing beach volleyball. In just 45 minutes, he was able to make a huge difference. The adjustment combined with working on the tight muscles around the area really helped, and I had the best night of sleep I’d had in weeks after the appointment. He was professional, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand the issue. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend him.
