From start to finish I was comfortable and at ease. Kevin is incredibly professional and respectful. He goes out of his way to ensure your experience is relaxing and effective, asking consent and permission, explaining what he is doing and why, requesting feedback from you as the client, and tailoring all aspects of the consultation to you. Anisha is an amazing osteopath. I’ve been seeing her regularly this year with various issues in my neck, lower back, hip flexors etc. I always come away feeling better and no injury or pain seems to concern her. She always finds a solution! I’ve been given a few exercises but it’s nothing excessive or unachievable and they always help too.

I had a great experience with Kevin. I went in on Tuesday after injuring my neck playing beach volleyball. In just 45 minutes, he was able to make a huge difference. The adjustment combined with working on the tight muscles around the area really helped, and I had the best night of sleep I’d had in weeks after the appointment. He was professional, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand the issue. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend him.
