I had a deep tissue massage with Kan@UCLH spa yesterday evening and it was excellent.She paid attention to where I was holding tension and worked through those areas with utmost care,skill and attention .The stretches were helpful and made my whole body feel more open. Ed was great — really helpful and knowledgeable. The sports massage focused exactly on the areas I needed, working deep into the tissue to loosen everything up. He paid close attention to my injury and was careful not to aggravate it, just as we discussed. I’ll definitely be back again during my marathon training!

Another amazing, last-minute, couldn't-get-through-the-week-without-it therapy session at Regent Osteopathy Clinic! I’ve been feeling energetically low all week, and thankfully remembered that Gabriele offers reenergizing treatments. I reached out to see if he had any availability, and he managed to accommodate me! The flexibility of booking at a convenient time is truly commendable. We had a session that combined traditional techniques with acupuncture, and it was an instant game-changer. It completely unlocked my energy flow after a week of sluggishness. Highly recommend!
