Anisha is an amazing osteopath. I’ve been seeing her regularly this year with various issues in my neck, lower back, hip flexors etc. I always come away feeling better and no injury or pain seems to concern her. She always finds a solution! I’ve been given a few exercises but it’s nothing excessive or unachievable and they always help too.

I can’t recommend this osteopath highly enough. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and completely at ease. They took the time to really listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly before starting treatment. The session was thorough, professional, and incredibly effective — I noticed a real improvement straight away. The clinic is clean, calm, and well run, and you never feel rushed. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, caring, and genuinely invested in your recovery, this is the place to go.

Gabriele has helped me immensely with my sciatica which I’ve had for over 3 months due to a disc bulge in spine. I had constant shooting pains down my leg which was really affecting my day to day life. I had been seeing physio and another osteopath but to no avail. Cicely was extraordinary; she adapted the treatment upon consultation on my well-being challenges providing the acupuncture to address my stress areas and also broke-down the tightness in my neck too. Best therapists in London. I had a fat reduction massage treatment around the stomach area. I always leave with tighter skin and a firm stomach.

I was doing air touch with Natalia! It’s the best colourist in London! She naturally elevated blond tone of my hair looking like it’s my own colour! Such a beautiful blend, no white stripes. “Old money hair” are done here! ❤️
