Staffs always take the time to listen to my concerns and tailor a treatment plan that suits my skin perfectly. You will also get receive a very genuine, kind, and honest consult – a rare find! In my experience; easily one of, if not *the*, best place in Melbourne. Beautiful fit out. Came in to try and Hocatt machine and it did not disappoint. I felt so cleansed and more energised than how I felt when I walked in. Eliza who also took care of me from start to finish was wonderful too. Shame I don’t live in Melbourne but will be back next time.

Sammy has so much knowledge in her field and her consults are incredibly informative and educational. She has a personable approach and will help guide you on your skin needs rather than using a quick fix solution. Sammy is my go-to gal for anything skin related whether it be chemical peels or injectables. She is ahead of her time in Melbourne, using fabulous Korean skincare techniques and products. I’m already looking forward to my next relaxing treatment. Today I did the Lhala peel treatment and I’m beyond stoked!

I tried sono facial. Best facial service so far in Melbourne. They do extraction of blackhead after steaming then while applying mask, they give you shoulder and neck massage. Also hand massage. Worth value and will definitely comeback to try another service
