Natcha is fantastic, she knows and understands the body really well, you can tell she has been trained as an expert. She listens to you and concentrates on your pain, I can move when I leave. Her place is welcoming and has a spa like feeling. I highly recommend her, she is shaving, you will leave totally relaxed and rejuvenated. Five stars for sure♥️

She is warm, intuitive and incredibly skilled, with a wonderful ability to find exactly where the tension is hiding and apply just the right pressure. Our first time ever trying a recovery hub and it was such an amazing experience. We came as a family group and it was especially great for our aunties, uncle, and dad who had never done anything like this before. The staff were incredibly kind, caring, and professiona, they made us feel so welcome and looked after us the whole time. We arrived feeling sore and tight, and left feeling completely relaxed and moving so much better (full squats and burpees again!). Such a positive, comfortable experience from start to finish. We’re already planning our next visit and can’t wait to come back.

Did a 45 minute float tank was amazing room was clean and facilities were fantastic. I am not a great relaxer but this made me feel really relaxed. Loved it. Cant wait for my next float. Really reasonably priced i felt.
