I was contacted when there was traffic issues so was running late. Also my nails were a bit harder to remove but I was given the extra time and not charged more. Only down fall was she had to opitunity to upsell by offering to shorten and tidy my natural nail closer to the ones I'd removed myself. But care was taken to protect my nails even leaven a bit of base on still to strengthen my nail tips. Offered a Clear coat on after which I declined.

Ashley is a phenomenal technician. I have been having my nails done for many years and I feel Ashley is probably the most talented nail technician I have ever been to. She is meticulous about perfection and manages to replicate some very challenging nails. I often bring along images of very detailed nail art... Ashley is amazing in her ability to produce a perfect replication of these examples. I will always give Ashley the highest possible recommendation. She does phenomenal work and is always so lovely to chat to as well! 5 Stars without any hesitation! :-)

Kheta and Anna are the best nail techs out there. Kheta always does that extra bit to make your hands and nails look amazing.

Highly recommended. The lovely Puja was very thorough as usual. Very happy with the service I received which was Brow Shape and Wax. Threading for the strays. Wax and thread for my upper lip and chin. Box Cut French Tips on my natural nails. Lovely touch when manager Ria came to greet me. Feel really spoiled and we'll looked after by the ladies. It's those small details that add into the amazing service I always received.

I can not recommend Star Beauty enough!!!!!! Not only do I get my lashes done every 2 weeks but I also get amazing SNS nails. I never thought my nails could grow long as they are very thin however, Seam from Star Beauty has helped maintain my nails at a long length using SNS for years now. She is amazing!!!!

I had the most amazing experience getting a luxury manicure, pedicure and facial treatment in preparation for my daughter’s wedding. Expertise in nail artistry means my nails are a show stopper, I’m so thrilled! They use heavenly products like organic Fijian coconut scrubs for hands/feet and a luxurious nature based Italian brand for the facial massage with added red light therapy. My face feels incredible, so ready for the big event. The salon is gorgeous too, if you want to feel truly pampered, this is it! Five stars.

Lovely work again by lovely Puja. Had my eyebrows threaded, they are looking nice neat and tidy. Puja also cared for my nails. I chose French tips. Beautiful work as usual. Feeling very pampered. Thank you very much, your work is much appreciated Puja. I have booked in again. Highly recommended.

I had gel nails applied and a full set of eyelash extensions. Both services were done to a professional level. The consultant was polite and friendly. I've rebooked for 4 weeks time and will continue to visit. I highly recommend this shop.

Tiffany did an amazing job with my nails today, I opt for square shaped acrylic nails with pink undertone and French tips. I then went and got my gel removed for pedicure with leighanna who took great care and persist with doing my French tip pedi, had great chats and amazing foot massage. Then ended with Jenny doing my hybrid lashes and per usual, love them! Thank you team for making my birthday smooth sailing although I did show up 15mins late and I’m so sorry! Appreciate use for working around me in your right schedule! Highly recommend this salon, always!
