Ella was absolutely brilliant! I had a full body massage as well as an eyebrow wax and tint, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The massage was incredibly relaxing and professional — she really listened to what I needed and made me feel completely at ease. My eyebrows look perfect too, shaped and tinted exactly how I wanted. Ella is warm, skilled, and clearly takes pride in her work. I'll definitely be booking with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for top-quality treatments! X

Carly is awesome at everything she does. Her facial and massage ability is second to none. I love a good massage and hand on heart she gave me the best massage I'd ever had. Now let's get on to waxing. I go to Carly for full leg, Hollywood, underarm and my face. Carly makes you feel so comfortable when it comes to intimate waxing and she does it quickly with minimal pain. What I will say with waxing is, stay on top of it and it hurts less and less each time. I also have pedicures with gel toes that last ages! Id like to say thankyou Carly xxx

Brow Lamination with Amy, what a fantastic transformation of my eyebrows. My eyebrows are thin and plucked but with this treatment, wow what a huge difference it made. I’ve been coming to HOC for a while now and I can honestly say it’s always a fantastic experience. Gema is an incredible stylist. I leave thrilled with my hair every single time. The whole salon has such a lovely, welcoming vibe, and everyone is genuinely friendly. My daughter is now a regular too, which says everything about how much I trust and rate this place. Amazing experience! Had not been feeling myself for a long time, Sarah and her team have fully transformed me! Made me welcome, looked after me with a yummy latte and then Sarah went through a full consultation with me, giving me the best options for my post lockdown hair. What a difference, I'm in love with my new haircut and colour and able to be insta ready whilst creating some hair envy! 😍 Thank you for giving me the boost I desperately needed! Xxxx

Just had the best 2 hours at this beautiful salon!! First time ever having a full body massage as advised by my GP off the wonderful Abbey & fresh set of french biab nails!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the full body massage!! I suffer with osteoarthritis & I am currently pain free & walking without pain! My body has not felt this good in a very long time!! The whole experience was lovely, Relaxing setting lovely room and Abbie was really nice.The treatment was really good had facials before but this was completely diffrent having the dermaplane and microneedling with skin booster, would definitely recommend thanks.
