Ella was absolutely brilliant! I had a full body massage as well as an eyebrow wax and tint, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The massage was incredibly relaxing and professional — she really listened to what I needed and made me feel completely at ease. My eyebrows look perfect too, shaped and tinted exactly how I wanted. Ella is warm, skilled, and clearly takes pride in her work. I'll definitely be booking with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for top-quality treatments! X

Brow Lamination with Amy, what a fantastic transformation of my eyebrows. My eyebrows are thin and plucked but with this treatment, wow what a huge difference it made. I had a full body massage which included a head a face massage. I cannot rate it high enough. It was great. The pressure was perfect and it was all very soothing and relaxing. Good quality oils were used and I felt totally relaxed afterwards. The room was lovely and warm and inviting. Janet is a lovely person and nsjes you feel at ease as soon as you meet her. I highly recommend a treatment.

I’ve been coming to HOC for a while now and I can honestly say it’s always a fantastic experience. Gema is an incredible stylist. I leave thrilled with my hair every single time. The whole salon has such a lovely, welcoming vibe, and everyone is genuinely friendly. My daughter is now a regular too, which says everything about how much I trust and rate this place. Amazing experience! Had not been feeling myself for a long time, Sarah and her team have fully transformed me! Made me welcome, looked after me with a yummy latte and then Sarah went through a full consultation with me, giving me the best options for my post lockdown hair. First time visiting this salon for my nails and I absolutely love them🤍 From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel so welcome and comfortable. Sian gave me the best Indian head massage I have ever experienced (and I've had 100s!!). Great attention to detail, gorgeous products used. Perfect strong pressure to simulate the scalp. Body tingling relaxing! Sian, and all the team, made me feel welcome upon arrival in a beautiful new salon environment. Will certainly be booking Sians massages again. I left feeling amazing. I had a full body massage and it was amazing. I felt so relaxed and supple afterwards. Janet is a professional masseuse who is a lovely person with a kind personality. She never rushes and takes her time giving a thorough massage. She uses quality products and targets problem areas as required. The salon is modern and has a happy atmosphere and very welcoming. The massage room is relaxing and warm, with a very comfy, large massage table and covers. My massage definitely made me feel relaxed mentally and physically. Definitely deserves 5 stars 🌟

Just had the best 2 hours at this beautiful salon!! First time ever having a full body massage as advised by my GP off the wonderful Abbey & fresh set of french biab nails!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the full body massage!! I suffer with osteoarthritis & I am currently pain free & walking without pain! My body has not felt this good in a very long time!! Thankyou so much Abbey 😘🩷👑 you have been so lovely from start to finish so friendly & professional... reassuring me every step of the way!! I also HIGHLY RECOMMEND the french biab too I love mine so much!

The whole experience was lovely, Relaxing setting lovely room and Abbie was really nice.The treatment was really good had facials before but this was completely diffrent having the dermaplane and microneedling with skin booster, would definitely recommend thanks.

Another lovely relaxing massage from Janet. I had done something to the soft tissue at the back of my knee. I told Janet and she took extra care with that area but did some light work on it and it felt much better after the treatment.
