Recently had a 'Germaine de Capuccini' facial at The Midland Hotel, Manchester as part of a Spa Day. The day was lovely, but the facial treatment wasn't as relaxing or soothing as the amazing (Germaine de Capuccini) facial that I have with monthly with Sammy. It goes to show that it's the skill of the Therapist who makes all the difference, not where you have it!) ♥

Thankyou once again Ava has enjoyed attending her mindfulness session.

Kathy did a workplace mindfulness session for my work place today and all 6 attended have sent postive feedback. They all gained something from the session, from being able to switch off, to having a sense of calm in their lives. We are looking into running more sessions. If you can get your employers on board then do as its great as part of wellbeing strategy in the workplace. Thanks Kathy

Nicole is a amazing Yoga teacher she is a natural.I find the classes well balanced with the right amount of challenging moves.The meditation at the start and at the end is very relaxing thank you again for another wonderful class.
