First time visiting this salon for my nails and I absolutely love them🤍 From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel so welcome and comfortable. The whole team are incredibly friendly, warm and professional – it instantly put me at ease. The attention to detail was amazing and you can really tell they take pride in what they do. Such a lovely, relaxing atmosphere and a genuinely enjoyable experience from start to finish. I had a full body massage which included a head a face massage. I cannot rate it high enough. It was great. The pressure was perfect and it was all very soothing and relaxing. Good quality oils were used and I felt totally relaxed afterwards. The room was lovely and warm and inviting. Janet is a lovely person and nsjes you feel at ease as soon as you meet her. I highly recommend a treatment.

I’ve been coming to HOC for a while now and I can honestly say it’s always a fantastic experience. Gema is an incredible stylist. I leave thrilled with my hair every single time. The whole salon has such a lovely, welcoming vibe, and everyone is genuinely friendly. My daughter is now a regular too, which says everything about how much I trust and rate this place. A brilliant salon with brilliant people; highly recommended 👌🥰

I had a full body massage and it was amazing. I felt so relaxed and supple afterwards. Janet is a professional masseuse who is a lovely person with a kind personality. She never rushes and takes her time giving a thorough massage. She uses quality products and targets problem areas as required. The salon is modern and has a happy atmosphere and very welcoming. The massage room is relaxing and warm, with a very comfy, large massage table and covers. My massage definitely made me feel relaxed mentally and physically. Definitely deserves 5 stars 🌟

Another lovely relaxing massage from Janet. I had done something to the soft tissue at the back of my knee. I told Janet and she took extra care with that area but did some light work on it and it felt much better after the treatment.

Amazing First Experience With Rachel I had my lips done for the very first time today, and Rachel made the whole experience absolutely incredible. She was so professional, gentle, and genuinely nurturing from start to finish. She explained everything clearly, checked in with me throughout, and created such a calm, reassuring atmosphere that any nerves I had disappeared straight away. I left feeling confident, informed, and so happy with my results. I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience — Rachel is truly amazing at what she does.

I usually have the Signature Spa Massage, which is absolutely amazing. However, Janet is now offering a Lymphatic Drainage Massage so I tried this out this time. It was the most relaxing massage I've ever had and fell asleep a couple of times during the treatment. It consists of very light pressure on the lymphatic system which is just under the skin. This is followed by very gentle strokes to move the toxins in your body along the lymphatic system so your body can cleanse itself and expel the toxins in your urine. This really was a lovely experience and I can recommend it to anyone.

I was encouraged to book in for a treatment. As my friend kept saying she had found an amazing therapist that truly cares, listens and goes above and beyond. Something rare to find in the world of massage therapists. I was not disappointed!! I booked in for one of Janet’s new treatments and then again…as it was that good. I had the body scrub before my holiday. It was that refreshing boost I needed before going on holiday. After the flight I was suffering with the usual puffiness and swelling. So, I decided to book in with Janet for a lymphatic massage. A week later and the results are amazing
