I had my first appointment with Kira today and I was really impressed. The whole experience felt relaxed and professional from start to finish. Kira took the time to listen to what I wanted, gave helpful suggestions, and made me feel completely at ease. I’m really happy with the result - the haircut looks great! 💇🏼‍♀️You can tell there’s a lot of skill and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you again!

My full body massage with Abbey was such a relaxing experience, I cannot wait to go again. She made me feel very comfortable both within myself and physically on the bed. She took time to explain different parts of the massage, put me at ease and left me to get ready. The room was very cosy, the heated blanket and relaxing music pretty much put me to sleep. The oils and creams smelt lovely and made my skin so soft. Abbey also made sure the pressure was right. She let me rest for a while after and gave some aftercare tips. She also took time to check up on me later in the evening. Thanks Abbey!

I had an amazing massage with Bobbi. She has an incredible ability to tune in to exactly what your body needs, combining the perfect balance of pressure, flow, and relaxation. This morning I had my first visit to the Beauty Lounge and it was a really great experience. I had a fantastic full body massage, I found it really relaxing and it helped relieve some knots in my back. I also had an SNS manicure which I am really pleased with. Will definitely be back.

Just had a lip blush treatment at SB Studio with Szilvia, and I’m in love with the results! 💋 The studio is clean and welcoming, and Szilvia made the whole process so easy and despite being uncomfortable I’d definitely do it again! Hand sanitizer on entry, filled out a Track and Trace form and Nadia wore a face mask and sat behind a screen the whole time. Salon achieved my expectations surrounding COVID-19 regulations. Nadia has done Builder Gel on my nails, which I have had before and looks so lovely and natural and doesn’t damage my natural nails at all. My nails are really good quality underneath the gel.

I had a brilliant experience at Lavender Lush Massage. Emmalie was friendly, welcoming and experienced. My deep tissue massage was really relaxing (not something I normally find!) but also released a huge amount of tension. I'd highly recommend!

Always made to feel so welcome but I must say it was extremely hot inside. There was a couple of fans but these were so small and of little use to keep the clients & more the girls cool. Very disappointing that there is no air con in the salon. Also the flooring felt unsafe in some areas as it had lifted and I nearly caught my foot on a lifted floorboard. Was told that there had been a leak but this should have been addressed by now. A bit disappointing but the girls are always smiling & very professional , even if they are finding it hard to work in this heat. Well done girls
