I had my first appointment with Kira today and I was really impressed. The whole experience felt relaxed and professional from start to finish. Kira took the time to listen to what I wanted, gave helpful suggestions, and made me feel completely at ease. This morning I had my first visit to the Beauty Lounge and it was a really great experience. I had a fantastic full body massage, I found it really relaxing and it helped relieve some knots in my back. I also had an SNS manicure which I am really pleased with. Will definitely be back.

I have had three or four massages from Fern now and I am never disappointed 🙌🏼 From start to finish Fern makes me feel relaxed and she takes time to ask about any areas of your body that you would like her to pay particular attention too. Mini mani and pedi + full leg waxing. Nails done nicely. Waxing done very quickly. Rrasonable price for everything. My new go-to! The door to the waxing room is facing the public so staff just need to be careful when opening so your privacy is maintained.

Hand sanitizer on entry, filled out a Track and Trace form and Nadia wore a face mask and sat behind a screen the whole time. Salon achieved my expectations surrounding COVID-19 regulations. Nadia has done Builder Gel on my nails, which I have had before and looks so lovely and natural and doesn’t damage my natural nails at all. My nails are really good quality underneath the gel.
