Had the Signature Facial with Maria at SkinTouch Crystal Palace and it was amazing. The salon is calm, clean and really relaxing. Before starting, Maria talked me through every step of the treatment so I knew exactly what to expect and could fully switch off and relax. She was friendly, professional and made the whole experience feel really comfortable. My skin felt great afterwards. Highly recommend!

Sometimes in a spa large swathes of the male body are ignored by a female therapist, but this was not at all the case here. My body scrub was excellently thorough. I combined my treatment with a 25 minute back massage. Often with a body treatment like a scrub, the accompanying massage is little more than a spreading of cream to rehydrate the body. I was very pleasantly surprised at how good this massage was – a good firm pressure to sort out the knots in my shoulders, neck and lower back. This morning I had my first visit to the Beauty Lounge and it was a really great experience. I had a fantastic full body massage, I found it really relaxing and it helped relieve some knots in my back. I also had an SNS manicure which I am really pleased with. Will definitely be back.

I've been seeing Maria Giovanna for facials for a while now and I can't recommend her highly enough. She has a real understanding of reactive and acne prone skin — mine always leaves feeling refreshed and genuinely cared for. What I appreciate most is how professional and thorough she is: she explains everything she's doing, gives thoughtful advice, and clearly takes the time to understand your skin rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach. I had an incredible deep tissue massage at Adara. The space was beautifully designed, clean, and peaceful—perfect for relaxing. The therapist was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, taking the time to understand my specific needs and areas of tension. What really stood out was how attentive and thoughtful the staff were, making sure I felt comfortable from start to finish. I left feeling completely rejuvenated and can’t wait to return. I had a hot towel massage on Wednesday, its taken until today to try to find the words worthy of this experience. Sana was like a magician, I arrived my body full of work day stresses, and my face seeped in pollution, and left so cleansed and relaxed I wasn't sure I should be driving home! An hours worth of facial cleansing and massaging, is just divine, at one point it felt like bubbles were being stroked on with a feather 🙃 All finished off with a tension releasing head massage. My skin still feels amazing today, soft, moisturised and refreshed. A great experience, I'm booking again.

Mini mani and pedi + full leg waxing. Nails done nicely. Waxing done very quickly. Rrasonable price for everything. My new go-to! The door to the waxing room is facing the public so staff just need to be careful when opening so your privacy is maintained.
