Another visit to the spa and this time round I engaged Jerry for my services. What I notice is that Jerry doesnt hard sell and ask for upgrades at the start of the massage. Compared to the rest of the masseurs me or my guest had encountered or even overheard from the other rooms beside. A tad shy initially, however, he was on point during the services and even had great advise. Though I must say Jerry's massage is at gear 5, overall, I feel satisfied. I shall pay a next visit and try the VIP room to give all of you a review. 600 words is too little for me to elaborate so follow Google review!

Fourth visit - I enjoy the services here. Friendly therapists, and always very kind, observant and caring. They noticed I was cold and the therapist gave me an extra towel and switched off the aircon for me.

Ina service is great. I did bekam but the cups are loose and kind of falling off. My dotter experienced the same issues. So I think you guys need to get new better quality suction cups.

Ina is a very good masseuse. She’s a very detailed woman and was very helpful in advising my mom on what works best for her. She also assured my mom that there’s sufficient time to do the dry cupping. My mom feels a lot more lighter after the massage with Ms Ina. I would definitely come back for Ms Ina

My first time getting Fatin as my masseuse and she never disappoints! She tackled my pain points gently and effectively. She managed to ease my tensed shoulders and released several wind knots without putting painful pressure. Gentle yet effective. Was attended by Incess, friendly, warm and very welcoming to new guest. The frontdesk made us feels welcome and the atmosphere at this outlet is certainly very serene. Started off with washing our feet and we were brought to our individual room. Masseur was attentive and ensure we are comfortable throughout the massage. Great 1.5-hour massage session with Dirmar. The therapist was skilled and professional, and the treatment was very relaxing. I also highly recommend doing bekam (cupping) during your visit as it enhanced the overall experience. Left feeling refreshed and much better. Will definitely come back again!
