Came to B Culture Home because of the reviews. I was so late and lost but Cream was so patient and waited for me until I reached her. Her space is beautiful, professional and so clean. She was so lovely to talk to, and constantly checked in on me to see if my eyebrows were stinging. I love my laminated brows so much—holiday ready now! I’d recommend Cream to everyone. She will chio you up. Thank you Cream!

the massage was good but they are forcing for a top up or additional service...would have been great but they moved my schedule from 4pm to 4:45pm. Would have been great but managements way of things is wrong...massage was good but management is bad.

Alin was very professional with massage & sengkak technique. Alot of tips n advise was shared. Anne who did dermapen makes me callm n relax throughout the whole process that I don't really feel the pinch. Definately Recommended. * Last mth visited Larkin Sentral, the masseur was all good and they relieve all the pain that my family has been bearing. Love ❤️

U was greeted brightly by the counter lady. The massage session commence at 1220 even though the appointment was at. The massage and scrub was good. The milk bath session was surprising because the water height only reached above my ankle. He asked me to get in. I took a shower instead using the shower head to wash the scrub. The facial session was good. Only the steam machine was faulty. It keep alarming every 3 seconds that our facial session was cut short. Derma pen facial was good. The person is knowledgeable and give good post session care.

It’s been half a year since I started my Premium Facial treatments with Cream. I get very high sun and contaminant exposures due to my job/lifestyle and she carefully advises and works out my skin’s needs at each visit. I used to have an especially dark forehead whenever I get exposed to the sun. I don’t have a very fair complexion anymore but there’s so much glow to my face now. Her space is also very comfortable and treatment is so gentle that I sleep through the treatments even during the microneedling.

First timer, warm welcome and service was tiptop. Will return again.

Hi.. good day to you all, this is my 2nd time to Lawa Lawa Spa and my 1st time at City Square. I had my foot reflexology here by beautiful and professionall therapist named Salwa. I had an hr massage. My foot is so stiff n pain to even step n walk actually and she splendidly 'repaired" 😃. Seriously felt so light n relief after the foot massage. Thank you so much Salwa i really appreciate your patience n effort to release all the tensions on my foot. disappointed having yr massage at Lawa Lawa Spa Have a nice day!

Hope that they are able to set up a proper seating for pedicure and perhaps soaking the feet with water first to soften the cuticles before cutting them
