Nicole was absolutely wonderful! Went in nervous due to previous hairdressers not having a clue on the style of cut I wanted; Nicole went through it all with me, recommendations, making me aware it needed a lot of styling. She fulfilled the cut absolutely wonderfully and guided me with my hair type/thickness etc how to style and cut it to achieve what I wanted from the reference pictures. I am exceptionally happy with my cut and will be rebooking with her in the future. Thank you Nicole!!!

Went in for a balayage and a cut at LoLo's on Saturday! First of all, the new salon is incredible - fresh, clean and relaxing as well as a great central southampton location! Second of all, my hair is beautiful! Kacey listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly! And on top of all that, she's a sweetheart - funny, kind and creates the best atmosphere for getting your hair done! Thank you!!!

Kayleigh is always so welcoming and friendly. Lovely new salon space. Fab haircut and advice on cut and styling.

Had my hair blow dried straight with the treatment and it feels so amazing. I’m super curly and the results have been brilliant. Jade is fab.

Bits was very friendly and welcoming. Offered me tea and coffee throughout very tentative and made sure my hair looked fantastic. Very impressed with service and price
