Lewis the legend. Very helpful, kind and great chat. This was my 2nd time being there. Great experience. Really helped me with calf and back pain. Dry needling and massage sorted me out. Gave me so good stretches to do at home which are important. Grateful for him and his knowledge. Well priced too. Would highly recommend to anyone with any sort of body pain.

So pleased with the treatment I have had from Louise that I now make a booking every 3 weeks. She relieved the pain with massage and needles when I hurt my back and has helped me improve my posture with exercises. With her advice on vitamin supplements as well, I honestly feel better than I did 10 years ago. At 81 I am now looking forward to being 91, thanks to the excellent treatment received!

I have been visiting First Choice Therapy every week or every two weeks for several months now and have gained huge benefits for my neck and shoulders, which feel much freer and I have less pain. Because I have a neck injury going back over forty years, I will probably continue my two-weekly visits for deep-tissue massage and joint manipulation forever! I also occasionally receive dry-needling treatment. I highly recommend Lewis, who is extremely professional, thorough and friendly and carefully follows the COVID-19 rules for patients' and his own safety.

Louise gave me a back and shoulder massage. My back is not as bent over as it was, and I am really pleased with the results since she started the treatment a few months ago. She has also cured the back pain I originally consulted her about. This has been achieved by a combination of therapies - needling, UV lights and exercises. It is a pleasure to be treated by Louise in a comfortable, modern clinic by someone who is so reassuring and knowledgeable.

Just had a dry needle treatment and massage from Lewis. It was incredible. I suffer with wry neck a condition where the muscles seized up and is really painful. He was so knowledgeable and professional. And the massage was fantastic great pressure and hit all the trigger points. I highly recommend and will definitely be going back. Thank you so much.

I went for a facial yesterday for a special treat. Louise took a history of what products I was using and explained in depth of what the facial would consist of. It was super relaxing and included a shoulder and head massage. My skin feels so much better, my neck pain has gone, thank you Louise your help is always appreciated.

This angel was brought to me by another 😇🙏🏻 absolutely astounding knowledge & power of a woman 👊🏼🔥 light & love. Red light therapy is a must for everyone. Especially those struggling with pain, skin problems, eyes, you name it, I believe red light therapy can fix & rejuvenation your body’s cells its fact. My mums recovery from cancer surgery is proving to be good so far! With one a week 15 min sessions, good diet & supplements & less stress as possible & by coming to see Louise our stress has diminished some what too. Thankyou 💚

My experience at First Choice Therapy was great! Daisy was very helpful and friendly in helping me with my lower back pain. She asked me a few good questions to assist with the problem and gave me a few home exercises to do that really help with restoring my back to normal. I really appreciated her friendly and helpful attitude towards me and I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend First Choice Therapy to fellow friends/family.

I have been having acupuncture and massage with Louise for several months to help my knee pain as I needed a operation for a new knee. Since attending Thrive Wellness Centre and seeing Louise for treatment she has help me lose over a stone in weight and I am no longer in so much pain and will not be having a knee operation. I now see Louise for regularly for treatment to maintain my health and wellbeing.

I was having muscle spasms in my back, which was incredibly painful and made it difficult for me to walk upright. After one session I had some relief, just had a second session (a week later) and much better. So much so that next session is in 4 weeks time. Lewis is a godsend if you need some help - just remember to do the exercises he gives you. You have to help yourself too!

I've been attending First Choice Therapy for a while now for a shoulder and neck injury which was causing me a great deal of pain and discomfort as well as affecting my quality of sleep. I was having to take pain killers on a regular basis which is not something I do unless really necessary. After the first couple of sessions there was a noticeable improvement and at each subsequent session there has been further improvement. This has resulted in improved sleep, better mobility in my shoulder and no pain killers! Excellent result for me.

I've chosen to do a course of sport massage from Lewis, this was session 3 and I'm really feeling the benefit. I felt great from the 1st session,( my neck/shoulder pain was alleviated immediately) but feel the investment of a regular massage is having a huge positive impact on both my physical and my mental health. Looking forward to my next one already.
