Travelled from South Wales to do the Manchester Marathon this weekend and visited CryoLab twice before and after the race. Was so scared before it but Martine was absolutely amazing and so reassuring. To say the chamber helped with my niggles and muscle soreness was an understatement. I had the anti aging frankincense facial and it was amazing! Everything was explained to me beforehand about what to expect and the head, neck and shoulder massage that goes with it was fantastic too, would highly recommend

Today I visited for a Japanese head spa, and the experience was incredibly soothing. The spa's calming atmosphere immediately set the tone for relaxation. The treatment began with a deeply relaxing scalp massage that melted away all my stress. The combination of gentle pressure and essential oils was perfect. The deep cleansing treatment left my scalp feeling refreshed and clean, while the nourishing hair mask made my hair soft and shiny. A bonus neck and shoulder massage added to the overall experience. The therapist was very professional and did a great job. Thank you!

Amazing Indian head massage, it was so relaxing and gave me all the ASMR feels. Lauren’s space was nice and warm and the treatment was exactly what I needed. I also had a half leg wax before my massage and Lauren was great at getting every last hair. Always feels like going to see a friend!

I booked in for a hydrofacial and indian head massage . The treatment was absolutely blissful and so relaxing . The facial left my skin absolutely glowy . Would definitely recommend !

Recently had a 'Germaine de Capuccini' facial at The Midland Hotel, Manchester as part of a Spa Day. The day was lovely, but the facial treatment wasn't as relaxing or soothing as the amazing (Germaine de Capuccini) facial that I have with monthly with Sammy. It goes to show that it's the skill of the Therapist who makes all the difference, not where you have it!) ♥

It was fabulous, I enjoyed the head massage better than I expected I would. I felt all my tension slip away. Adreana is a great therapist and I felt quite serene when I left. This was the 1st time that I'd had the hormone treatment and I would recommend it🙏🏽

Always a beautiful experience when visiting Josh, today I had a full pamper including Indian Head & Combined facial with a cheeky foot massage 😍 Josh is always very attentive to what needs work and I have noticed since coming more regularly that my body is more regulated and I have less inflammation as I'm on my feet a lot. Also noticed a reduction in the blemishes on my cheeks...not to mention the glow that my daily routine doesn't quite achieve. Highly recommend this therapist and I will continue to come back, it's not just about relaxation it's about the health and well-being benefits 👌

Just had an Indian head massage with Claire. Oh my god what an amazing appointment!!! 45 mins of pure relaxation with all my day to day stress and worrys gone. I left the oils in my hair to sleep in as i had been advised to and in the morning i washed my hair, my hair feels amazing and has got a real shine to it 🩷 I have heard so much good stuff with this treatment helping to grow your hair which i am currently on my hair growing Journey 🥰 I will check back in a few weeks to see how I get on 🧖‍♀️🩷🥰

I experienced to the first time a Reiki session and Indian Head massage with Natalia, and it was absolutely lovely! As soon as you walk into the room, you can feel the calm and good vibes surrounding you, it’s amazing! I highly recommend it to anyone who hasn’t tried it yet. 💛✨💆🏼‍♀️
