Staff are brilliant, friendly, patient, knowledgeable and good at their skill set! I’ve never been to a beauty salon before and my 1st experience was perfect! Grace makes a great brew too! I was pampered, nothing was too much trouble! I had the express dermaplaning with fab results, an eyelash lift and tint and pedicure! My daughter goes to Kiki’s too for all her beauty needs and she wouldn’t go anywhere else! 10/10 from me 😁

Popped into the new salon in Southampton today and had an amazing experience (as always!). I originally started my tattoo laser removal in Basingstoke, but now that there’s a new location closer to home, I’ve switched over. I’ve been so impressed with the service that I’ve also started laser hair removal. As someone with a darker skin tone, finding a place with the right experience and knowledge that trusted was super important. I was a bit nervous at first, but honestly, I’m so glad I went for it — the results have been incredible. Huge thanks to Hayley, Richard and the team 😁😁😁

Pure iv experience was brilliant , Hayley made me feel so comfortable and her clinic is amazing ! The process of getting the iv was very smooth as I was a bit nervous at the beginning but that went away in seconds ! I feel on top of the world feel very energetic which has improved my work ethic too ! Booked straight back in for a course ! Thank you Hayley ! ❤️

Zoe was amazing for my laser hair removal session. She was knowledgable about the procedure and prepared me for what to expect. Zoe had a lovely ‘bed side manner’ and kept checking I was ok throughout the procedure. Highly professional and gave clear aftercare instructions and ability to manage expectations around results and future sessions that may be needed. Lovely clean feeling, modern clinic. Really impressed with my visit and will definitely be returning. Great experience throughout. Thank you.

This was my first time getting my lashes done and Simran was amazing. My eyes were shaking so much but she was so accommodating and the lashes looked perfect. Faultless really, you won't need any other lash tech.

Best aesthetics practitioner I’ve ever come across- I have gone to so many different people and salons in the past and I will never look back! I’ve gone to Hayley multiple times for multiple different treatments now and what she offers is unique and tailored to each individual client. She goes above and beyond to make her clients feel special and confident. I haven’t had better treatment anywhere else. I would highly recommend Hayley over any other company. I had a Korean lash lift with Lib at Lash Reign, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From the moment I arrived, Lib made me feel so comfortable and relaxed.
