Staff are brilliant, friendly, patient, knowledgeable and good at their skill set! I’ve never been to a beauty salon before and my 1st experience was perfect! Grace makes a great brew too! I was pampered, nothing was too much trouble! I had the express dermaplaning with fab results, an eyelash lift and tint and pedicure! My daughter goes to Kiki’s too for all her beauty needs and she wouldn’t go anywhere else! 10/10 from me 😁

I recently had dermal filler treatment with Kirstie Boyd Aesthetics and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the moment I arrived, Kirstie was warm, friendly, and incredibly welcoming, instantly putting me at ease. Her professionalism and knowledge were evident throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and ensured I felt comfortable and confident before proceeding with the treatment. The results are absolutely fantastic. Natural, beautiful, and exactly what I was hoping for.

I recently had nose filler and fat dissolve with Shannen and I’m so amazed at my results! I’ve always disliked my nose but the confidence she’s given me is insane. She is very professional and talked me through the whole process. I will be certainly be going back to Shannen for anything else I want done. In my opinion she is the best practitioner in Southampton.

The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

I had the most relaxing facial with Dee this afternoon. My skin is so much brighter and smoother. The facial and shoulder massage, along with the scalp massage felt absolutely amazing.

Went in for a balayage and a cut at LoLo's on Saturday! First of all, the new salon is incredible - fresh, clean and relaxing as well as a great central southampton location! Second of all, my hair is beautiful! Kacey listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly! And on top of all that, she's a sweetheart - funny, kind and creates the best atmosphere for getting your hair done! Thank you!!!

I had a really good and friendly experience at Rachael Katie Cosmetics with Mica, she was very informative and helpful. The process was very smooth and quick but Mica also took the time to discuss other questions I had about my skin and gave me some advice as well, I will be returning. Shout out to Mica for making my first time getting Botox so positive!

I received an appointment at The Skin Society as a gift from my daughter during my visit from Germany, and it turned out to be the most professional and welcoming experience! From start to finish, I felt completely relaxed, and I was truly impressed by the results, which were visible right after the facial. I wish I could be a regular client! Jessica's studio will definitely be on my to-do list every time I visit my daughter in Southampton. Highly recommended!
