Staff are brilliant, friendly, patient, knowledgeable and good at their skill set! I’ve never been to a beauty salon before and my 1st experience was perfect! Grace makes a great brew too! I was pampered, nothing was too much trouble! I had the express dermaplaning with fab results, an eyelash lift and tint and pedicure! My daughter goes to Kiki’s too for all her beauty needs and she wouldn’t go anywhere else! 10/10 from me 😁

The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Went in for a balayage and a cut at LoLo's on Saturday! First of all, the new salon is incredible - fresh, clean and relaxing as well as a great central southampton location! Second of all, my hair is beautiful! Kacey listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly! And on top of all that, she's a sweetheart - funny, kind and creates the best atmosphere for getting your hair done! Thank you!!!

I had a Korean lash lift with Lib at Lash Reign, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From the moment I arrived, Lib made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She was professional, friendly, and explained everything throughout the treatment. Her treatment room was absolutely beautiful—spotlessly clean and smelled amazing, which made the whole experience feel even more luxurious. I had a really good and friendly experience at Rachael Katie Cosmetics with Mica, she was very informative and helpful. The process was very smooth and quick but Mica also took the time to discuss other questions I had about my skin and gave me some advice as well, I will be returning. Shout out to Mica for making my first time getting Botox so positive!

This was my first time getting my lashes done and Simran was amazing. My eyes were shaking so much but she was so accommodating and the lashes looked perfect. Faultless really, you won't need any other lash tech.
