I’ve had massage sessions with Steph before and they’ve always been fantastic, but during last visit she suggested I try reflexology because I struggle with water retention and often feel heaviness in my legs. I decided to give it a go, and I’m really glad I did. Steph has such a calm and grounding presence that you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. The reflexology session itself was deeply soothing, and I noticed a lightness in my legs and feet afterwards that I hadn’t felt in a while. She clearly knows her stuff!

The menopause massage was devine. Full relaxation with the whole body being massaged, whilst having certain pressure points treated also. The oils smelt lovely and my skin is so smooth. Michelle was professional, and organised. Highly recommended.

I had never had reflexology before but Reflex-age was a great introduction to it as it started with a head, neck and shoulder massage first which helped relax me before the foot reflexology. As always, I cannot recommend Michelle more!!!

My second visit to Michelle after having a brilliant experience of a pregnancy massage. This time I opted for the pregnancy reflexology and it was incredible. I floated out of Michelle's treatment room following my 90 minute facial and upper body massage. So relaxing I had to try really hard not to fall asleep. Michelle is so peaceful and calm in herself that it is no wonder her customers feel that way after a treatment. 100% would recommend
