Just needed to say that I am super thankful for my last two sessions with Andrew. I had a really painful stiff wrist from trying to fit in as much hair styling practice as possible before I launch and I ended up overdoing it. Andrew was able to explain what was causing the pain, advise me on what to do going forward and the sessions helped significantly in improving the pain. I am so grateful to have access to such support at the start of my career and more importantly Andrew, thanks for creating a safe space. Best of luck in everything.

When Laura finished my Sculptured Facial Lifting massage, I was speechless! My brain and mouth simply wouldn't connect! It was a journey in every sense. As someone with a lot of jaw tension, the relief was profound. My face felt deeply relaxed yet alive with a radiant energy I’ve never felt before. Even 30 mins after my appointment, I had a great glow and honestly looked like I’d reclaimed a few years! I left feeling floaty, revived, and very thirsty (drink your water!). I always leave these sessions recentered. Scott has worked wonders to help rehabilitate my foot post-op after a lisfranc injury. Just a few sessions of acupuncture completely unlocked the pain and allowed me to start properly restrengthening with physio and working shifts on my feet again; it has made a huge difference. Professional, gentle and thorough, he also always makes an effort to understand ones needs and comfort. Highly recommend 👌

Had a wonderful TMJ massage with Andrew! Felt such relief and walked away with something’s to think about for stretches and relaxation. Andrew has a really lovely calm manner that leaves you feeling very chill and relaxed ( on top of the massage itself!)

The cupping and massage was brilliant - it's probably better than other ones that I've been to in Glasgow. Even though the cupping was slightly uncomfortable (only bcoz I was so tense) I feel the benefits of it already! Definitely be coming back ! Xx

This was my third massage with Andrew. I opted for a deep tissue again to help resolve aches and pain from working a desk job for many years. Andrew is welcoming, polite and professional, with a very calming demeanour. Excellent at listening to any concerns you have, explaining the treatment options and always checks in when it comes to your comfort and pressure used during each session. Every massage has been so relaxing and I’ve felt the benefits after each one. Both studios are gorgeously decorated and easy to get to via public transport. Looking forward to my next! I had a deep tissue massage to help with sciatica. Nadine was excellent and this has helped enormously to reduce my sciatica pain. Would definitely recommend.

So glad I stumbled upon Andrew on instagram. Extremely knowledgeable, welcoming and compassionate towards his clients and a master of his craft. Having fibromyalgia it’s difficult to get a good balance of technique with a massage therapist but finally found someone who delivers great quality and good value. Thanks Andrew had the best sleep almost pain free! Definitely be back soon.

Made an appointment for Swedish massage as I am experiencing some shoulder pain. Andrew put me fully at ease and took the time beforehand to discuss the pain I was feeling. Andrew also communicated with me throughout massage ensuring the pressure was OK. After a 1hour massage my shoulder feels much more relaxed. I will definitely return and would 100% recommend.

Great service. Very friendly staff who work hard and are always willing to go the extra mile. Had been in a lot of pain with one exercise just recently, so it was changed to another one which does the same thing.

I had really tight muscles in my neck and poor mobility. After a session with Andrew, I've got a lot less pain and much more range of movement. Very happy with the experience and will certainly go again.

Andrew is simply wonderful. He's easy to talk to and calms any nerves or concerns. I had a torn calf muscle and was concerned about my recovery and mobility. Andrew listened and adapted my massage accordingly, and has greatly assisted with my recovery, confidence, and mobility. I'm now walking circa 5 miles a day, and starting to feel like my old self. I'd recommend him to anyone who requires assistance with pain management, mobility, or simply relaxation.

It is always a great experience at Physio. John worked on my back and knee and gave me lots of extra tips to help my pain. I already have many exercises which help, which I faithfully do daily.
