Customer service was good. The physical appearance is good. Things I will always remember. 1. Chai tea 2. The heated massage bed 3. My massage. I work in the hospitality industry, and that makes me very critical of service. I rated the service as good because I know it can be better; however, I will be back when next I visit Mandeville.

My daughter (Tina) had an incredible experience at Spa Blu . The ambiance was serene, and her therapist was knowledgeable and attentive. The massage was incredibly relaxing, and she felt rejuvenated afterward . HIGHLY RECOMMEND anything for my one and only 💖💖💖👌💞💞

This is the best lash tech I have ever been to in Mandeville… the customer service is 10/10, the ambiance is 10/10 & she also suprised me with something that really matches the name RELASHSATION; I was well relaxed & comfortable!
