Customer service was good. The physical appearance is good. Things I will always remember. 1. Chai tea 2. The heated massage bed 3. My massage. I work in the hospitality industry, and that makes me very critical of service. I rated the service as good because I know it can be better; however, I will be back when next I visit Mandeville.

The comfort provided was outstanding. Shanique meticulously explained each step of the process and consistently ensured my comfort. Her adherence to privacy protocols, including knocking before each entry, was highly appreciated. I genuinely wished the experience could have continued. I wanted to put her in my purse. I will definitely be going back.
