Customer service was good. The physical appearance is good. Things I will always remember. 1. Chai tea 2. The heated massage bed 3. My massage. I work in the hospitality industry, and that makes me very critical of service. I rated the service as good because I know it can be better; however, I will be back when next I visit Mandeville.

Wow,my experience today was mind blowing.Samaki was very professional,calm and welcoming. She told me what she was doing each step of the way.The sound in the background was so smoothing ,I fell asleep.Top Top Tier treatment. I will definitely be visiting again.
