Customer service was good. The physical appearance is good. Things I will always remember. 1. Chai tea 2. The heated massage bed 3. My massage. I work in the hospitality industry, and that makes me very critical of service. I rated the service as good because I know it can be better; however, I will be back when next I visit Mandeville.

I have been waxing with Anna for so long that can't remember. It's always a pleasure getting my Brazilian waxing done. She takes pride in her work she always no hair is left at the end. The space is lovely and CLEAN, the waxologist is friendly and welcoming and will make your appointment very comfortable, trust me. Since i waxed here the first time, I’ve never been anywhere else cause to me she’s better than everywhere else I’ve been. Take my word for it😌

My experience was pleasantly satisfying, and my technician was truly a gem. I initially felt hesitant about trying a new place for such an intimate service like waxing. Normally, I prefer to book other treatments first to observe how clients are treated before deciding whether to proceed with waxing. However, for this visit, I skipped that step entirely. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. The technicians were respectful, knowledgeable, and accommodating, making the experience even more comfortable. This place has quickly become one of my favorites!
