Incredible service. As a salon owner I have not seen client care like that in years, so refreshing. I went in for a gel polish removal and pedicure with a french tip gel polish application. It was that good I stayed and got my own nails infilled even though I had planned to go somewhere else. I’m sorry I didn’t get the names of the staff members working on me but each member of staff was incredible and so polite and helpful. Got offered tea or coffee as soon as I went in , haven’t had that in years 👏👏👏

I had a great experience with my nail technician he did an amazing job and I’m very happy with my nails. However, I didn’t appreciate the tone used by the receptionist when I was paying. It came across as rude and unprofessional. Good communication and a friendly attitude at the front desk are just as important as the service itself. I hope this can be improved, because the nail techs are excellent.

Amazing! My nails are gorgeous but this was the first time I got a mini pedicure done. It was long overdue but so worth it. The lady who did the pedicure was so meticulous ……& the massage chair….omg I could have stayed in it all evening….so relaxing. I will be back for sure. Thank you everyone.

I had my first visit at Queen Spa today & I loved every minute of it. It’s a beautiful salon and it’s calm/relaxing. I got biab nails & the luxury gel pedicure, the pedicure was heavenly and definitely a must do. They’ve a large selection of colours too 🥰 Will definitely be back and I’d recommend booking an appointment rather than walking in 💫

On arrival this is a very busy Spa and requires a receptionist to man a very busy desk at all times. I enjoyed having the gel pedicure done by very nice lady. Very relaxing in the massage chair. I was pleased with how nice my nails were done.

Very welcoming salon, the staff are lovely and they have an amazing attention to detail. The salon is immaculate and the staff maintain good hygiene procedures between clients. Anastasiia did a great job on doing the ombre on my friend. She was also helping out the other staff who did my nails on explaining what I wanted. I ended up not getting what I wanted though, which was a bit disappointing. I know she did her best. For Queen Spa, I chose Blushed Nail Ombre as an add on with expectation that any staff assigned to me knows what it is and can explain to me what it looks like because my expectation on what it looks like may not be what your service offers which is ok, at least I know what i'm getting. If you have a sample photo, it could help too.

My experience was very good, didn’t have an appointment was accommodated within 5 minutes, the nail technician was professional, friendly and very efficient. Very pleased with my nails.

Emer is a fantastic nail technician - recently had a set of nails last 5 weeks without any chips!

This was my first time with Emer and she is a fantastic beautician. My nails are gorgeous and I love the shape and how well manicured they are. Emer also shaped my eyebrows and again another fantastic job done, as it had been a few years since getting them done. Highly recommend Emer.
