I had a great experience with my nail technician he did an amazing job and I’m very happy with my nails. However, I didn’t appreciate the tone used by the receptionist when I was paying. It came across as rude and unprofessional. Good communication and a friendly attitude at the front desk are just as important as the service itself. I hope this can be improved, because the nail techs are excellent.

Incredible service. As a salon owner I have not seen client care like that in years, so refreshing. I went in for a gel polish removal and pedicure with a french tip gel polish application. It was that good I stayed and got my own nails infilled even though I had planned to go somewhere else. I’m sorry I didn’t get the names of the staff members working on me but each member of staff was incredible and so polite and helpful. Got offered tea or coffee as soon as I went in , haven’t had that in years 👏👏👏

Veronika is very professional ,has a lovely gentle touch. I had my gel extensions and lux pedi ,best leg massage I have had in a long time. The new salon is fabulous with added extras Had hot chocolate while having my treatments and all the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Anastasiia did a great job on doing the ombre on my friend. She was also helping out the other staff who did my nails on explaining what I wanted. I ended up not getting what I wanted though, which was a bit disappointing. I know she did her best. For Queen Spa, I chose Blushed Nail Ombre as an add on with expectation that any staff assigned to me knows what it is and can explain to me what it looks like because my expectation on what it looks like may not be what your service offers which is ok, at least I know what i'm getting. If you have a sample photo, it could help too.
