I felt with Jess that I was in the hands of someone very knowledgeable and experienced. She identified my shoulder and hip issues very effectively. Fantastic! Jess was super helpful, supportive, and intuitive. Really helped me feel more confident about what my body needs and how to communicate with it. Jess was also very accessible in language and I always felt like I understood what was going on and what a good care plan would look like. Love love love how advice was given through the lens of neurodiverse and hyper-mobile bodies so I could actually engage with the advice in a way that worked for me and my body - never been able to access physio language in the same way before, game changing! Thanks again! Will definitely be back :D

Luke was both professional and warm at all times and immediately put me at ease. He did a thorough consultation and carried out the treatment always making sure that he explained each step and that I was comfortable. He gave clear aftercare advise.
