Luke provided an excellent massage, adjusted exactly to my needs/ injuries. He was professional and also friendly, and his clinic location in Lancaster is well placed and close to several car parking locations.

I felt with Jess that I was in the hands of someone very knowledgeable and experienced. She identified my shoulder and hip issues very effectively. Fantastic! Jess was super helpful, supportive, and intuitive. Really helped me feel more confident about what my body needs and how to communicate with it. Jess was also very accessible in language and I always felt like I understood what was going on and what a good care plan would look like. Love love love how advice was given through the lens of neurodiverse and hyper-mobile bodies so I could actually engage with the advice in a way that worked for me and my body - never been able to access physio language in the same way before, game changing! Thanks again! Will definitely be back :D

Following a previous treatment I had booked in with Mish to have a sports massage to tackle some stubborn shoulder pain. By back feels brand new today! Mish is brilliant and so knowledgeable about her techniques and approach to suit individuals.
