Cut and colour by Ellie always top quality. However I need to mention this time, the lack of cleanliness on the female side of the salon. Nothing to do with Ellie. I did mention to her. Noticeable hairs, lots of them on the chairs, wrapped round the feet of the chairs, on the mirrors, footplates and skirting under the mirrors. Was really unpleasant to see. I've read that Lancaster City Council intend to inspect barbers and hairdressers. They put a post on Facebook to say this and said all chairs etc should be cleaned hygienically after each customer. The whole place is a bit shabby 😒

Always a great service from Rachel, volume lash infills which last 3 wks + on me. Eyebrow & lip wax. 👌 A lovely professional woman and we have a laugh too! 😊

Sammy was a wonderful host, very welcoming and the shop is very clean with character. I had 2 treatment lip filler and eye lashes of which I’m so so happy with! Iv been to a few people for cosmetic work and by far the best. She was very gentile and I have next to no bruising around my lips. And the swelling has been very minimal! I can’t recommend her enough! You’ll be seeing me again! Thank you Sammy!!

Really pleased with my lips after having lip blush carried out by Sammy. She was very professional throughout and had a selection of colours to choose from. I was very nervous choosing the right colour and Sammy was excellent in guiding me. I would highly recommend this treatment.

Iv had my hair done by Grace 4 times now. Each time she has done an amazing job. Best stylist iv ever had. Shes always very welcoming and just an absolute pleasure to chat with. She takes pride in her work and this shows. She asks, listens and advises which I appreciate. Shes an all round lovely person who is very good at what she does. Thank you for always making me feel great when I leave Grace 😊

As someone with anxiety issues , I could not have been made to feel more comfortable by Sammy and her staff . I really appreciate all the work she has done helping me to feel better about myself and my face , using fillers and botox . She explained to me what she was doing and why ...and also which of the packages I could buy to get the best value for money. She also informed me of what the best procedures would be going forward ,for healthier looking skin . Thank you so much ! X

Really easy to book and pay. I arrived and Sammy was ready and prompt in her treatment. I had the vitamin b12 injection and she had pre-sent me the possible risks, T&C's, and pre treatment questionnaire to ensure I was suitable for the treatment. It felt very clean and professional. Lovely ambiance.
