Cut and colour by Ellie always top quality. However I need to mention this time, the lack of cleanliness on the female side of the salon. Nothing to do with Ellie. I did mention to her. Noticeable hairs, lots of them on the chairs, wrapped round the feet of the chairs, on the mirrors, footplates and skirting under the mirrors. Was really unpleasant to see. I've read that Lancaster City Council intend to inspect barbers and hairdressers. They put a post on Facebook to say this and said all chairs etc should be cleaned hygienically after each customer. The whole place is a bit shabby 😒

Visited Katie for reflexology and have had several sessions now. Katie has "magic hands". So relaxing and feels like you've had an all over body massage.

A marathon of treatments left me in utter bliss. From massages to facials, every moment was a delight. The extended session with Katie was a luxurious escape, and I emerged feeling completely rejuvenated. Highly recommend the indulgence!

Every session is as good if not better than the time before! Seriously the only down side for me has ever been choosing a colour that I didn't like after a couple of days and that is on me!! When asked the girls can pick for me better than I can sometimes!

Absolutely love having my IPL sessions with Emma. She always makes me feel really comfortable and welcome. The treatments itself are better than sex and that’s no word of a lie. Get your mums and sisters and daughters down for some treatments with Emma she’ll look after you so well!
