I felt with Jess that I was in the hands of someone very knowledgeable and experienced. She identified my shoulder and hip issues very effectively. The treatments she used were different from some others I've experienced and felt really good. She was also interesting and easy to talk to ..... Thanks Jess

Fantastic! Jess was super helpful, supportive, and intuitive. Really helped me feel more confident about what my body needs and how to communicate with it. Jess was also very accessible in language and I always felt like I understood what was going on and what a good care plan would look like. Love love love how advice was given through the lens of neurodiverse and hyper-mobile bodies so I could actually engage with the advice in a way that worked for me and my body - never been able to access physio language in the same way before, game changing! Thanks again! Will definitely be back :D

I had a lymphatic drainage massage with Katie and couldn’t recommend her enough. She made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived, taking the time to explain everything and ensuring I was comfortable throughout the treatment. The massage was both relaxing and effective, and I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and so much better. Katie is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about her clients.
