Gerwin was so good. He communicated the entire time whether the pressure was too much or too little. You always reminded me to breathe. I’ve never had a massage service so good before and felt even more relaxing. Calm will definitely go back moving forward.!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this beauty salon, which also offers massage services. I received a relaxing massage from Forouzan, and I couldn’t be more pleased. The ambiance was so calming, with soothing music and a spotless, serene environment. Their professionalism was top-notch, and after that hour, I truly felt every cell in my body relax. I had an amazing massage experience. Adam worked deeply through all the muscles, releasing tension throughout my entire body and paying special attention to the areas where I had the most pain. The pressure was perfect, and I could really feel the difference after the session. Very attentive, professional, and knowledgeable. My fiancée and I had a wonderful experience at Serenity Spa during our trip to Waterton. Although it’s a smaller spa, the team went out of their way to accommodate us both for a couples massage, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The atmosphere was relaxing, the staff were friendly and professional, and it was the perfect way to unwind after exploring Waterton. We felt well taken care of from start to finish. If you want to completely relax, this is the place to go. The atmosphere is incredibly calming and peaceful. Gery gave an amazing massage, and Elenita did a wonderful job with my facial. Their business name, “Healing Hands”, truly reflects the exceptional service they provide. I highly recommend both of them!

One of the best spa experiences I've ever had! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and relaxed. The waiting area is beautiful and cozy, with thoughtful touches like complimentary snacks and beverages. My facial was done by Melanie, who was absolutely wonderful—so sweet, professional, and incredibly skilled. Her face massage technique made my face feel lifted. She also performed a few extractions and was extremely gentle while still managing to remove some stubborn blackheads with great care. Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I definitely will be returning.

I love massages by Lindsey! The space is so warm and inviting and free of judgement. She can provide a soothing relaxing environment or fill the time with chit chat to distract from the discomfort of fixing knots whichever your preference. I always leave feeling relaxed with better mobility.
