Lovely session tonight after quite a few weeks off, i have been on quite a journey so far with Lucy and she has been with me every step of the way on the ups and the downs and she has given me guidance, i feel really very thankful to have Lucy in my life xx We spoke about the next steps tonight and what that may look like and what i do know is that i still want to continue working with Lucy x

I have had 3 treatments of swift therapy with Julia so far, I had been putting off treatment out of embarrassment but she made me feel at ease and was very personable and informative.

Julia was very knowledgeable and helped diagnose my dad’s foot condition, she also wrote a gp referral and helped to shave off some areas to ease the pain

Another great session 👏 I've now found going every 4 weeks is more beneficial for me. But yet again after the session I feel so much better and now I'm finding that I go to therapy happy. Thank you lucy

Not knowing what to expect from the initial session with Lucy I was a little bit anxious. That feeling soon melted away once we got talking. Lucy is phenomenal. I Have been having hypnotherapy & general therapy for the past few months and I have never felt this way after other therapy sessions in the past. Lucy doesn't just listen and nod she actually helps me in so many ways during and after these sessions with recordings, tips, advice and books to read. I feel so much more educated on myself and others, this means the relationship with myself has improved, and the relationship I have with others has improved greatly.
