Honestly the best massage I’ve ever received, I felt like every muscle on my back was worked and all knots were taken care of. I actually feel like a new person coming out, I’m now going to be booking in monthly to maintain. Thank you again!

My husband has been seeing Lucy for a couple of months now and he is so happy with her service. She is a great listener, completely non-judgemental and allows him to feel supported and heard. Lucy is providing a bespoke package of counselling and hypnotherapy around childhood trauma, alcohol reliance, anxiety and self-esteem. We feel so blessed to have found Lucy and know that her support is invaluable.

I have had 3 treatments of swift therapy with Julia so far, I had been putting off treatment out of embarrassment but she made me feel at ease and was very personable and informative.

Lucy’s approach with my daughter was fantastic- she focused on rapport and connection first before asking any tricky questions, which worked well. Lucy was very professional and knowledgeable but at the same time she was warm and friendly, which has given us the confidence to move forward with the therapy.

Been treated by Peter for approximately 6 years now and he’s always amazing and professional. When he can he’s always happy to accommodate and squeeze in an emergency appointment.

Rachel is very knowledgeable and is able to help manage the pain from my injuries and short-term muscle tightness, meaning that I can keep active at the gym, hopefully for years to come!

Another great session 👏 I've now found going every 4 weeks is more beneficial for me. But yet again after the session I feel so much better and now I'm finding that I go to therapy happy. Thank you lucy

Pete has treated my injury very well and was able to quickly identify the problem and get to work immediately. After only a couple of sessions and following his instructions between treatments I was feeling a lot better. On his advice I gently returned to running and ended up running the 10k I had entered with no issues afterwards. I'd happily recommend him to potential future clients

Not knowing what to expect from the initial session with Lucy I was a little bit anxious. That feeling soon melted away once we got talking. She listened to what I had to say and made me feel really relaxed. I left the session feeling positive about my goals and that's before even starting any actual therapy. I’ve been seeing Rachel about an old shoulder injury for a few weeks. The sessions are definitely helping, I no longer have as much pain and aching in the shoulder and my mobility is improving too
