Always a great experience at Secret Harbour and my lashes always look fabulous :)

At first I was a bit disappointed when I had to possibly cancel my appointment due to time slots on the site. However, Melissa and her team redeemed themselves by constantly following up to see where I could fit in and there I was having my breakfast and got the call that a spot was available. Now my actual pedicure experience was exceptional. Customer service 10/10.

I got a medi pedí and my eyebrows waxed. All services were done really well. The staff was really sweet and allowed me to get my eyebrows done after my nails even though I hadn't made a previous appointment for that specifically. I would go here again!

If I could give a better review than “great”, I would honestly give her 1000/1000!! Daniella has saved my nails on 2 occasions. She’s such an amazing nail tech, puts so much work into making your nails look perfection and she is honestly the sweetest soul. Thank you for always making my nails look beautiful and it’s always been an absolute pleasure. Xxx

I had an exceptional experience at HD Lady for my brow tint, and I just had to share! From start to finish, the service was top-tier. Melissa 1 and Melissa 2 were both absolutely wonderful—professional, attentive, and clearly very skilled at what they do. They took their time to ensure my brows were perfectly shaped and tinted to suit my face, and the results came out flawless. My brows have never looked this clean, full, and well-defined! The atmosphere was also warm and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. You can tell they really care about their clients and take pride.
