Macy did an excellent job with my pedicure today. Becca took very good care of me yesterday on my birthday. I love this place. Thank you guys for doing what you do. Kalamazoo needed this place. Very relaxing. 10/10 - would and WILL RECOMMEND to everyone I know! :)

Mary is beyond amazing. You can tell she takes her craft very seriously. She is methodical and detailed in the process and also very personable and friendly. Recently I had an application of brow tint that just didn’t quite take, no fault of the actual application but just a fluke. Mary made sure to bring me back in to address the areas I was concerned about and even made sure to take extra steps to avoid damage to my brows with the second rendition of coloring. As long as she is still open in Kalamazoo Portage area I will be faithful customer and recommending her to all my friends .

This was my first time ever getting something done to my lashes for my elopement next month, and Alissa made it so easy! I was incredibly comfortable during my lift and tint as she talked me through the entire process. I'm also a huge fan of the results! We both even agreed that we should have gotten before and after pictures of how well they turned out.

I’m extremely picky when it comes to my eyebrows and usually drive all the way to Grand Rapids to get them done — but I am so glad I found Mary here in Kalamazoo! She’s incredibly detailed, precise, and truly takes her time to make sure everything is just right. I had an eyebrow shaping today and couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. So relieved to finally have someone local I trust!
