My 4th location/person to do my lashes and so far she's the best! She does a GREAT job with LONG LASTING results! Not a single complaint! She's also a great "therapist" (listener) when a mother finally has an hour without her kids! Couldn't ask for a better hour "mom break!!" I actually had booked my next 3-4 appointments for every 6 weeks that evening after my first appointment. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for overall last lifting and tinting!

Great experience! I had a facial done for the first time and also had my eyebrows waxed by Macy. My face has never felt so taken care of, and my eyebrows have never looked so good. I even had to get on a plane right after, and after four hours of flying my skin still felt amazing. Macy is extremely knowledgeable and clearly passionate about what she does. I’m excited to see her again and add The only small bit of feedback I’d share overall is that robe sizing could be more inclusive for plus size folks, as mine didn’t fit. Overall, I highly recommend!

This was my first time and I will be back. I’m not really a hot tub or sauna person, but the Inner Haven was relaxing. Then the massage? Perfection! Hit every spot perfectly. Then ending with a scalp massage? Did not expect that, but was very pleasantly surprised! Highly recommend!

I had a great experience getting a head spa treatment! The key for me was being able to go an hour early to use the hot tub / sauna area. By the time my treatment started, I was already perfectly relaxed. I will be back to try more of their offerings!

This was my first head spa treatment, and it should absolutely be a hair maintenance must for everyone! It may sound strange, but my hair genuinely felt lighter, my scalp felt healthy, and I walked out feeling completely refreshed. The staff were incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. They walked my partner and I through the whole appointment.

I was so nervous coming in—Macy is only the fourth person in my life to ever cut my hair. My usual stylist was booked until next year, and it had been four months since my last trim, so I was in desperate need of getting rid of split ends. Macy walked me through what she felt was best to restore the health of my hair while still maintaining my length, which immediately put me at ease. It was a great experience and definitely recommend going to her!
