I had a consultation with Rebecca today at the Chester salon. She made me feel very comfortable and at home there. It's welcoming and friendly.

Never did I think, you would hear the words ‘I love my hair’ from me. However, Morgan's Wigs, Hair Loss Solutions & Training Academy Chester encouraged me to ‘get the chop’. For years I’ve tied my fine (and getting finer with age) limp hair up. With the help of a couple of tiny taped extensions at each side, I have a ‘BOB’ …. a ‘BOB’ that looks thick and healthy. A ‘BOB’ that people actually compliment on every single day. I have hair I LOVE! 😳 Thank you thank you thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Claire and the staff were very attentive and understanding. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and meet your needs (lovely cuppa tea and biscuits were most appreciated too!) There were no suitable wigs for me in the shop today. However, I was able to order a couple in which I really like the look of. I’m giving 5 stars because of the great service. And I look forward to my next appointment when the wigs arrive. It’s great to have this kind of shop right here in Chester! Thank you 🙏🏾

All the staff are so nice and welcoming and Claire is lovely- very knowledgeable and she really put me at ease during my first visit- this was my second time at the Chester branch with my husband, to collect my first topper.
