Monica was awesome the massage was lovely highly recommended. The only thing was I got the aromatherapy massage but got told that it was only almond oil with no essential oils. there was no hole in your bed to put your head in so was a bit uncomfortable lying there for an hour on the side. room was cold. and wasn't told about the parking time limit extension so hopefully I don't get a ticket.

Loved the customer service and that is a big thing for me. My daughter felt very welcome and loved her eyebrows after they were done. very quick and very little pain from the threading. We will defiantly be back and I have already made an appointment for my hair on Tuesday.

Always love the experience here.The staff are truly the sweetest people and they always make you feel so welcome. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Did eyebrow threading with Monica. First time here and very satisfied with the results. She'd also applied the brow cream, which I have never had before. Amazing experience. Will return again if I'm travelling to Auckland again.

Reshma is friendly and professional. She has a lovely clean space. I’m so happy with haircut, wax and threading.
