Ruby is fantastic, very friendly and Professional. Communication is great and she always gives 100 per cent in all she does . Ruby always makes sure you are happy throughout all of your treatments . My daughter also uses Ruby for treatments and is very anxious, however, Ruby always puts her at ease and makes her feel comfortable. Would very highly recommend xxx

Had an appointment booked with Joy for waxing . Joy made me feel at ease and very welcome as soon as I walked through the door. I was feeling very nervous and I felt totally comfortable with her. Will definitely be recommending friends and family

My stylist really listened to what I wanted, gave helpful suggestions, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The wash was relaxing, the blow dry left my hair smooth and bouncy, and the cut is exactly what I was hoping for—fresh and easy to style. I left feeling pampered and confident. Ruby took great care and explained about the tinting as it is the first time I have had tinting with Ruby. Really pleased with the result and would recommend. Ruby is the best in the game for brows. Threading is painless and I'm always super happy with my brows. I've also had a facial from Ruby which was very relaxing, thorough and made my skin look and feel great.
