Kate was great, polite, professional, really pleased with my nails and the colour too. I was running late, then got a bit lost grrrr(!!) - Kate was so kind and helpful… came out of shop to find me 😂. Excellent .. never disappointed but having experienced damage to nails due to work issues thought I would have to reduce nail size and start again .. but no .. professional treatment and guidance retained and improved position to the extent damage was invisible and nail length secured

Nails are stunning, decided to go for a square shape this time, Evie would make sure you are happy with the length/shape before moving onto the biab. She will make sure you are happy with your nails before you leave as she doesn’t want you to be unhappy with how they look. Honestly one of the best nail techs I’ve had. I would recommend Evie to anyone who is looking for a new nail tech. Can’t wait for my next appointment! See you in 3 weeks! X

First visit after finding the salon on Google. My hair is slightly damaged from highlights, so I asked for a gentle approach and brought my own Olaplex products. Erin was lovely and very gentle during the wash and combing. I requested a 5 cm trim to keep my length, but more was cut than expected. The haircut looks nice, though the shorter length will take getting used to. I was also charged more without warning, which didn’t feel entirely fair. Overall, a good experience, but clearer communication on length and pricing would help.
